Cali Bogan has a background in engineering and project management. Cali started their career as a Roadway Analysis and Design Intern at Faller, Davis & Associates, Inc. in February 2017. Cali then moved on to Burgess & Niple in November 2017, where they worked as an Engineer II until February 2022. Currently, they are employed at DRMP, Inc. as a Project Engineer, starting in February 2022.

Cali Bogan attended the University of South Florida from 2015 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In August 2021, they also became an Engineer Intern through the Florida Board of Professional Engineers. Additionally, in November 2022, they obtained the Road Safety Professional® (Level 1) certification from the Transportation Professional Certification Board.
