Maja Roedenbeck Schäfer has extensive experience in the fields of strategic recruitment and content creation. Currently, Maja serves as the head of strategic recruitment at DRK Kliniken Berlin since January 2020. Prior to this role, Maja held various positions, including project manager for personnel marketing and recruiting at Diakonie Deutschland from February 2011 to January 2020, and as an author for WALHALLA Fachverlag from 2003 until September 2020, with published works also in prominent publishing houses such as Ch. Links Verlag, Elsevier, and Schwarzkopf & Schwarzkopf. Maja began a career as a freelance journalist from 2004 to 2011, contributing to established publications like Süddeutsche Zeitung and Spiegel Online, after working as a radio editor and presenter at 1055 Spreeradio from 2002 to 2004. Maja's academic background includes a master's degree in English philology and communication sciences from Freie Universität Berlin and a preliminary examination in the same fields from the University of Münster.
