Thomas Rhoden serves as Geschäftsführer at Rhoden und Frank GmbH since September 2022, focusing on customer relationship management through a combination of traditional and modern marketing instruments. With extensive experience since May 2003 as Leiter Konzerncontrolling at DRK-Blutspendedienst Baden-Württemberg – Hessen, Thomas has led initiatives in benchmarking core activities, planning, and the implementation of a Business Intelligence solution from SAS, along with project management for SAP R/3 introduction and standardization of calculation criteria. Additionally, Thomas has been a freelance lecturer at DHBW Mannheim since October 2008, teaching subjects such as controlling, financial management, investment and financing, and general business administration. Thomas holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt in Economics from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, earned between October 1991 and January 1996.
