Iris Fernanda is a professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture and project management, currently serving as a Solutions Architect at DRIVEN.CX since July 2022, where key responsibilities include requirement analysis, project flow design, and user training on implemented solutions. Prior to this role, Iris held positions in Professional Services at Maeztra, focusing on eCommerce improvement, VTEX platform support, and user training, and as a Project Manager at Elocc., where management of ongoing projects and client support were primary duties. Iris holds a degree in Systems Analysis and Development from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho and a degree in Marketing from Centro Universitário Católico Italo Brasileiro.
