Fabrizzio Topper has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2017, they served as the Director of Marketing at ABComm, where they led and supported the development of the digital marketing market. Fabrizzio also held the position of VP Digital at POPAI Brasil in 2019. Fabrizzio is the CEO & Founder of DRIVEN.CX since 2019, where they mentor a team of professionals and manages leaders from top digital companies in Brazil. Following this, in 2000 to 2001, Fabrizzio pursued further education at the Universidade São Francisco and obtained a specialist degree in Administration, specializing in economics, finance, and capital markets.

In 2004 to 2005, Fabrizzio attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they completed a Master's degree in Marketing. During this time, they studied analytical frameworks and methodologies for strategic planning. This was followed by a brief period in 2009 to 2010 when Fabrizzio attended Babson College, obtaining a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship. Fabrizzio focused on innovation, startups, and business planning.

In 2010, Fabrizzio pursued further education at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, where they became an expert in Consumer Neurosciences. Fabrizzio'sstudies in this field encompassed the intersection of science, anthropology, and marketing.

Fabrizzio completed a Practitioner PNL (Programação Neurolinguística) course at SBPNL in 2011-2012, focusing on human behavior. In 2014, they attended Ecommerce School (Com School) for a course on Ecommerce Management, which covered best practices, performance techniques, and operational models. Fabrizzio further enhanced their understanding of human development with an Advanced Technical course at SBPNL in 2015, specializing in development techniques. Additionally, they obtained a Master Practitioner PNL (Programação Neurolinguística) certification in the same year, also from SBPNL, with a focus on human behavior.
