Tim Austin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as President of Take 5 Car Wash at Driven Brands Inc. since February 2024, Tim has previously held the position of President at Lucid Hearing from March 2015 to February 2024, overseeing full P&L responsibilities. Prior to that, Tim held multiple senior positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, including SVP/Retail Services and VP/Retail Services, managing extensive retail operations. With a background at Walmart from 1990 to 2010, Tim rose through various roles to Regional Vice President, demonstrating significant success in transforming underperforming regions and enhancing operational performance. Tim's educational credentials include studies at Duke University and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, complemented by mission leadership training at McKinney Rogers.
