Brian Newberry has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Brian currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at Driven Brands, Inc., starting in September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts as Vice President of Franchise Development and Director of Franchise Development from 2016 to 2020. Brian also served as a Business Consultant and Partner at InnoVint from 2015 onwards, assisting in the launch of their SaaS product for the wine industry. From 2010 to 2018, Brian was the Owner and Winemaker of NEWBERRY Wines, a family wine label. Brian has also held various leadership roles at 1-800 Radiator & A/C, including Vice President of Corporate Development, Vice President of Vendor Relations and Supply Chain, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, where they completed multiple acquisitions and achieved significant revenue growth. Prior to this, Brian was the Senior Director of Operations at SRI Inc, where they led underwriting and origination teams in the wholesale lending brokerage industry.

Brian Newberry received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC San Diego in 2002. In 2000-2001, they also attended Macquarie University, studying Psychology.
