Dr. Rajesh Parekh is a seasoned Resilience Coach currently associated with The Resilient Leader and Driven, alongside their role as a Visiting Faculty at WE School. With extensive experience in leadership and talent development, Dr. Parekh has served in various capacities at Bayer, including Head of Leadership & Talent Development, where responsibilities encompassed developing training initiatives based on identified needs. Previous roles include Senior Training Consultant at Dale Carnegie India and Industrial Physician at Mahindra and Mahindra, among others, where Dr Rajesh was pivotal in implementing wellness programs. Dr. Parekh's educational background includes an MBBS from Topiwala National Medical College and multiple certifications in coaching, psychology, and industrial hygiene.
