Connor Stratton, CSCS, RSCC, is an experienced professional in athletic training and performance development. Currently serving as the Academy High Performance Coordinator at Driveline Baseball Enterprises, Inc. since May 2021, Connor designs and implements long-term athletic development training plans for approximately 300 athletes aged 8-18 across various facilities in Arizona and Washington. Prior roles include Academy High Performance Intern and Youth Academy Coach at Driveline, as well as Student Athletic Trainer at North Carolina Wesleyan College, where Connor accumulated over 200 hours assisting in athletic training duties. Previously, as a Student Personal Trainer, Connor conducted individualized training sessions for faculty and staff, and also guided freshmen college students as a First Year Mentor. Connor Stratton holds a degree in Exercise Science from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
