Prayash Paudel has a strong background as a Business Analyst, with experience in various companies. In 2018, they worked as an Ambassador for Google Partners, where they served until October 2019. In 2019, they joined PeepsRide as a Business Analyst and remained with the company until February 2022. From June to October 2021, they worked for Wipro Limited in the same role. Prayash then joined Fulton Hogan as a Business Analyst in December 2021 and worked until August 2022. Currently, Prayash is employed as a Business Analyst at Drive.com.au, starting in August 2022. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Sales Associate at Harvey Norman from June 2017 to January 2020.

Prayash Paudel completed their high school education at Trinity International College from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a High School Diploma in the field of Physics. Following this, they attended Curtin College in 2016, where they pursued studies in Information Technology but did not obtain a degree. From 2017 to 2019, Prayash Paudel attended the Australian Institute of Higher Education, where they successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Prayash Paudel has obtained several certifications. Prayash received the "Business Analysis Professional Effectiveness Competencies" certification from ACS (Australian Computer Society) in July 2021. In November 2020, they obtained certifications in "Agile Development Practices" and "Business Analysis Foundations" from LinkedIn.
