Rashmi Nayak, MSc, MBA, is an experienced technical recruiter currently employed at DRISHTICON since October 2020, where responsibilities include managing the full cycle of recruitment and skillfully negotiating with candidates. Prior to this role, Rashmi was self-employed from January 2016 to September 2020, focusing on sourcing talent for various recruiting agencies, including software developers and project managers. Rashmi also served as a lead recruiter at Aachievers Consultancy from January 2004 to May 2007 and worked as a human resources administrator at TIMES Institute for Banking from July 2003 to December 2003.
