Anil's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Punjab Public School Nabha (1971-1974) and a Bachelor's Degree from Dyal Singh College, Punjab University (1971-1974), as well as completing high school at Punjab Public School, Nabha (1964-1970).
