Shauna Fong has a diverse work experience. Shauna started their career at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as a Civil Engineering Technician from June 2012 to September 2013. Shauna then joined Purity Organic as a Lead Brand Ambassador from April 2013 to June 2015. Following that, they worked at Hint Inc. as a Brand Ambassador starting in October 2011. Shauna has been with Pacific Gas and Electric Company since May 2015, initially as a Field Engineer until December 2016. Shauna was then promoted to Associate Gas Distribution Engineer until January 2018 when they assumed their current position as Gas Distribution Engineer.

Shauna Fong pursued their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in NACE CP1- Cathodic Protection from NACE International, The Worldwide Corrosion Authority, in January 2016.
