Rajesh Kalidindi currently serves as the General Manager HR at Drillmec since November 2022, following a tenure as AGM - HR at Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd from April 2022 to October 2022. Prior to this role, Rajesh held various positions at Shapoorji Pallonji Infrastructure Capital Company Pvt. Ltd., including Manager HR from January 2018 to March 2022, and at NCC Limited, where roles included Corporate Human Resources Manager and Deputy Manager - CHR from July 2010 to December 2017. Additional experience includes Senior Executive Human Resources at Jindal Power Limited and roles at Taj Hotels as a Human Resources Executive. Rajesh Kalidindi earned a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business (2007-2008) and an MBA in Human Resources from Osmania University (2005-2007).
