Rina Shimizu is an accomplished professional in people operations with a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Dribbble since February 2021, Rina previously held various roles including Talent Acquisition Lead and People Operations Generalist. Prior experience includes positions at Archive Digital from September 2017 to January 2021, where Rina worked as a Human Resources Generalist, Operations Lead, and Junior Controller. In 2016, Rina gained experience as a Strategic Marketing Intern at Zoomin.TV and as a Research Analyst Intern at Moroccanoil in 2012. Rina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources from the UBC Sauder School of Business, completed between 2013 and 2017.
