Bradley Mendes has extensive experience in customer service and writing, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Agent at driasi since September 2017, while also functioning as a Writer and Blogger for Chris Smith Management Inc. / BestFan.com since September 2013. In addition to these roles, Bradley has worked as a Guest Experience Leader at McDonald's Canada since August 2013 and served as an Umpire for the Mississauga North Baseball Association from April 2011 to September 2014. Bradley was the Minister of Technology at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Secondary School from September 2012 to June 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing technology needs for school events and handling A/V equipment.
