Tim Hazelo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim'smost recent role was with LB&B Associates Inc as a Flight Simulator Technician. Prior to that, they worked at Cubic Global Defense as a Simulator Operator. In 2015, they joined Delaware Resource Group as an EF/18 & P-8 Training and Security control specialist. From 2013 to 2014, Tim served as an OCONUS Country Operations Manager and Operational Site Lead at Logos Technologies LLC, where they were responsible for the daily operations and future planning of the forward deployed KESTREL FMV ISR Sensor. Before that, they worked at Lockheed Martin IS&G as a SR Field Engineer/SR ISR Sensor Operator, Boeing as a 787 Dreamliner Functional Test Technician, and World Financial Group (WFG) as a Director of Sales and Marketing/Registered Representative. Tim also served in the US Navy/Navy Reserve from 1987 to 2007 as a Flight Engineer, where they performed various duties related to aircraft maintenance, operations, and training. Tim has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Best Care Homes Inc.

Tim Hazelo obtained their Associate's degree in marine studies from Skagit Valley College, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Tim also completed several additional certifications in the marine industry, including the CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in May 2018. In April 2016, they obtained the ABYC Master Technician certification, as well as certifications in Marine Electrician and Marine Systems from the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC). In November 2015, Tim obtained a certification in Diesel Engines, and in October 2015, they obtained a certification in Gasoline Engines, both from the ABYC.
