Byron Pitcher has extensive experience as a Loadmaster Instructor, starting in 2011 with Delaware Resource Group and the Boeing C-17 International Training Team. Byron began their career at Delaware Resource Group as a C-17 Aircrew Training System Loadmaster Instructor and Loadmaster Instructor. In 2011, they also joined the Boeing C-17 International Training Team as a Loadmaster Instructor, where they remained until 2014.

Byron Pitcher attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1998 to 1999. There, they pursued a degree in Aircrew Operations with a focus on Aviation/Airway Management and Operations.
