Kara Kline has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kara started their career in the US Army as a Healthcare Specialist/Orthopedic Technician, where they gained experience in supervising a staff and assisting orthopedic providers. After leaving the military, they worked as a Healthcare Instructor at Ross Medical Education Center, where they collected and analyzed data for internal audits and assisted in goal setting to improve graduation rates. Kara then transitioned into the role of an Account Manager/Field Support at McKesson, where they focused on business-to-business sales and account management. Following that, Kara worked at TLC Laser Eye Centers as an Account Manager/Professional Relations Consultant, responsible for growing and maintaining a network of referring doctors. Kara also planned and conducted training events to drive sales/procedures volume. Kara then joined DrFirst, Inc. and held multiple roles, including Strategic Project Manager to the CEO, Director of Product Management Operations, and currently, Sr. Director of Product Operations. In these roles, they focused on transforming how teams work together, bridging communication gaps, establishing project tracking processes, and improving customer support initiatives. Throughout their career, Kara has demonstrated a strong focus on team building, improving communication and collaboration, and driving business growth.
Kara Kline completed a Bachelor's degree in General Studies: Math, Science, and Education from Indiana University South Bend from 2009 to 2013. Previously, they attended the United States Army Academy of Health Sciences in 2005, earning a degree in EMT-B and Orthopedic Technician. In 2002 to 2003, Kara also attended the United States Army Academy of Health Sciences, where they obtained a degree in Emergency Medical Technician. Prior to that, they attended the Ultrasound Diagnostic School from 2000 to 2001, completing a degree in Registered Medical Assistant.
