Thomas Saunders has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Shift Manager at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream since January 2020. Previously, Thomas held the same title at Nestlé from February 2001 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing and developing over 60 employees and utilizing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems along with Goal Alignment to optimize performance. Thomas also worked as a Production Supervisor, overseeing a team of more than 30 employees, and as an Ice Cream Maker II, leading teams to achieve operational goals. Thomas began the professional journey as an Ice Cream Maker. Thomas holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Ivy Tech Community College, earned between 2011 and 2014.
