Gwendolyn Umphress has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gwendolyn started their career at Walgreens in 1998 as a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician, where they worked until 2012. In 2010, they joined Meritain Health as a Pharmacy Account Manager and held this position for twelve years until 2022. Currently, they are working at Drexi, where they initially served as an Account Manager from April 2022 to June 2023. In March 2023, they transitioned to the role of Strategic Account Executive, which they currently hold.

Gwendolyn Umphress obtained an Associate of Science degree in Medical Office Management/Administration from Ivy Tech Community College between 1999 and 2000. Gwendolyn also holds a certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), but the exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
