Connor Lewis has a strong background in engineering and operations, with experience at companies like Drew Marine, DuPont, and The Dow Chemical Company. Their roles have included positions such as Senior Director of Operations, Director of Process Engineering, Improvement Engineer, and Production Engineer. Connor has demonstrated expertise in process safety, research and development, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout their career.

Connor Lewis completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of Connecticut from 2012 to 2016. Prior to this, they attended Boston University in 2011. In 2021, they obtained the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci.
