Michelle Erasmus is an experienced operations professional with a focus on the entertainment and leisure industry. Currently serving as Operations Director and General Manager of Park Operations at Dreamworld and SkyPoint since June 2019, Michelle previously held the role of Director of Operations at Topgolf Gold Coast, where responsibilities included brand introduction and ensuring revenue growth and guest satisfaction. Michelle's career began at Village Roadshow Theme Parks, where roles ranged from Operations Manager to Guest Services Supervisor, focusing on safety, operational excellence, and staff training.
