Antoinette (Toni) Johnson currently serves as the Lending Team Manager at DreamSpring, a position held since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing loan officers, overseeing lending performance, and training the lending team on outreach and partnership development. Toni has previously held roles such as Senior Small Business Loan Officer, Lending Supervisor, Credit Access Specialist Loan Officer, and Community Lending Officer, all within DreamSpring. Prior experience includes positions as Access Center Team Lead Specialist and Access Center Specialist at Cenikor Foundation, and Texas Works Advisor II at the Health and Human Services Agency. Toni holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix and a certification in Financial Planning and Services from Central New Mexico Community College, along with certification as a Notary and Loan Signing Agent.
