Paul Blakeway has extensive experience in manufacturing and production roles, currently serving as Production Lead at Dreams since January 2007, where responsibilities include managing the production of Divans, Ottomans, and Headboards with a target output of around 250 units. Prior to this, Paul Blakeway worked as a Machine Operator/Setter at Stadco Limited from September 2001 to January 2007, and held the position of Machine Setter at Avenue Products from February 1998 to September 2001. Paul's career began as a Machine Operator at Dcf Hickman from February 1995 to December 1997. Educational background includes attendance at Holly Hall from 1990 to 1994 and studies at Stourbridge College.
