Darrel Cooper is an experienced Estates Controller at Dreams, having progressed from a Maintenance Supervisor since 2006. Throughout the tenure at Dreams, Darrel has achieved three promotions within the Property Department, overseeing a team responsible for reactive and planned maintenance, minor refurbishments, and budget control. Notable accomplishments include conducting a strategic review of departmental operations in alignment with company expansion plans and successfully outsourcing department functions. Prior to Dreams, Darrel operated as a self-employed Office Refurbishment specialist, handling painting, decorating, and installation tasks, as well as managing client communications and finances. Earlier career experience includes working as a Cooler Maintenance Representative at Nature Springs Water, focusing on customer care and maintenance tasks.
