Marcin Ksiadz is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles, primarily focusing on developing high-performance software solutions and network technologies. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Dreamlab Technologies since June 2017, Marcin specializes in customer premises equipment development, including VoIP, kernel module, and device driver development. Prior to this, Marcin held the same title at Tieto from June 2012 to June 2017, contributing to virtualization solutions and SDN-focused network operating systems. Earlier experience at Tieto Poland involved software engineering for car infotainment systems and core switch maintenance. Marcin holds a Master of Science and Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
