Leon S. has a solid work experience in the field of technical operations and data center management. Leon started their career at ServePath in 2002 as a SysAdmin and Deployment Specialist, being responsible for the deployment and support of the company's initial machines. From there, they joined CalPOP.com Inc in 2003 as a NOC Manager, where they managed a team of junior systems administrators and played a significant role in revamping customer service initiatives. In 2007, they joined DreamHost as a Data Center Manager, overseeing a team of systems administrators and supporting two datacenters in the Los Angeles area. Their responsibilities included personnel management, training, deployment, process improvement, purchasing, inventory management, hardware research, datacenter standards, and inter-department communications. Leon then progressed to the role of Infrastructure Project Manager in 2017, responsible for managing infrastructure projects, before assuming the position of Technical Operations Manager in April 2021.
In 1997, Leon S. attended Diablo Valley College for one year. During this time, they focused on studying English and Musicianship, although no degree was obtained.
