Jennifer Aviles has a strong background in human resources with over 12 years of experience. Jennifer began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at HMSHost - Los Angeles International Airport in 2008, where they worked until 2012. Jennifer then moved on to the UCLA - Office of Instructional Development, where they served as a Human Resources Specialist for two years. In 2014, Jennifer joined PVH Corp. as a Human Resources Manager, a role they held until 2016. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at DreamHost, a position they have held since 2016. Jennifer's experience demonstrates their expertise across various HR functions and their ability to take on increasingly responsible roles within organizations.

Jennifer Aviles, SHRM-CP, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Human Resources and Management from Loyola Marymount University, which they completed from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Jennifer Aviles has also obtained the following certifications: SHRM-CP from SHRM obtained in July 2015, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in June 2013.
