Charmaine G. is an accomplished professional in the fields of change management, organizational development, and talent optimization. Currently serving as Faculty at the People and Culture Strategy Institute within Hacking HR since August 2024, Charmaine also holds the position of Founder and CEO at Chapter tOO, LLC, where the focus is on people-data-driven organizational and talent development. Additional involvements include being an Executive Member of Dreamers & Doers®, an Official Member of ForbesBLK, a CEO-X Member, and a member of Chief, reflecting a strong commitment to empowering women and leaders of color. Charmaine's previous roles encompass leadership positions at Netflix as Head of HR for Experience Design, dentsu international as Head of HR for Media Platform Groups, and gyro as Chief Talent & Culture Officer. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership Program from IESE Business School, a B.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from Pace University, a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University, and coaching certifications from iPEC Coaching.
