Taylor Ford has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. In 2008, Taylor worked as an Administrative Assistant for Medicis. In 2009, Taylor worked as a Wine PhD Database Specialist for My Wine LLC, a Basketball Intern for Octagon, and a Marketing Partnerships Intern for Phoenix Mercury. In 2010, Taylor worked as a Multi-Family Investments Intern for Colliers International. In 2011, Taylor worked as an Account Executive | Retail for Insight and an Associate for Phoenix Realty Advisors. From 2012 to 2019, Taylor worked as a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch, a Council of Advisors for Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, and a Communications Manager and Specialty Accounts Manager for DreamBrands (makers of Mdrive).

Taylor Ford attended Aberdeen Central High School before enrolling at Northern State University from 2006 to 2008. Taylor then transferred to Arizona State University, where they obtained a BS in Communication in 2011. In 2010, Taylor obtained an Arizona Department of Real Estate License from the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
