Emily Sears has over nine years of work experience. Emily began their career in 2012 as a Bridal Alterations Assistant at Nouvelle Vie. In 2013, they moved to Starbucks as a Barista Trainer, where they managed up to eight employees and was responsible for creating personal and valuable relationships with customers. In 2016, Emily was rehired at Altered for the Altar as a Receptionist, where they were expected to have a thorough knowledge of the capabilities of the seamstress and provide exceptional customer service. In 2017, Emily joined USAA as a Senior Auto Injury Claims Adjuster, where they managed $1,000,000 - $3,000,000 in injury settlements per year. Emily also held the roles of Bodily Injury Adjuster and Auto Claims Adjuster. In 2022, Emily began working as an Office Manager at DreamBrands (makers of Mdrive).
