Rashad Kabir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and education sectors in Bangladesh. Currently serving as the Convener of the Digital Economy and Information Technology Standing Committee at the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry since January 2023, Rashad also holds the position of Managing Director at Dream71 Bangladesh Ltd. since 2014. As a Director at both BCMC Foundation and BCMC Foundation Limited, Rashad has contributed to socio-economic change through the establishment of educational institutions in various fields. In addition, Rashad serves as a Director at the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), where involvement includes leadership roles in the Japan Focus Group and the International Market Development Committee, driving initiatives aligned with the government's vision for a Digital Bangladesh and promoting the export growth of the ICT sector. Rashad earned an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology in 2014.
