Melody Thomas currently serves as the Director of Operations Cohort Lead and Director of Operations at DREAM since November 2021. Prior to this role, Melody held multiple positions at Success Academy Charter Schools from February 2017 to November 2021, including Business Operations Manager, Senior Operations Associate, Community Relations Manager, and Community Relations Coordinator. Melody's career began at Sylvan Learning, where Melody worked as Program Director from May 2013 to January 2017.
