Katherine J. Hartman, MPA, currently serves as the Senior Coordinator of Advancement Operations at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) since June 2019. In this role, Katherine partners with executive leadership to enhance fundraising operations, transitioning the team to a Moves Management model and managing the annual review of donor communications. Katherine has a solid background in admissions and nonprofit development, having held positions such as Admissions/Intake Coordinator at United Hebrew of New Rochelle and Gift Planning Coordinator at the ACLU. Katherine possesses extensive experience in donor management, prospect research, and project coordination across various organizations, along with a Master's degree in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from NYU and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and History from Smith College.
