Bernhard Bonelli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and governmental roles. Currently serving as a Business Development professional at Dream and as a Managing Partner at Cocoon Capital Advisory GmbH, Bernhard previously held significant positions including Chief of Staff of the Federal Chancellor at the Austrian Federal Chancellery and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Foreign Minister at the Federal Ministry of Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs. Prior to these roles, Bernhard was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, contributing as a core member of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice. Bernhard holds an MBA from IESE Business School, a Mag. in Philosophy from the University of Vienna, and completed a semester abroad in Public Policy at Georgetown University.
