Joel Trinidad has extensive work experience in various roles related to kiln consulting, production management, and safety engineering. joel started their career in 1997 as a manufacturing engineer at Univeral Robina Corporation. From there, they worked as an Equipment Engineer at Maxim Integrated from 2000 to 2005. joel then joined HCG Phils as a Firing Unit Chief from 2005 to 2013. Joel then worked at Roca Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Kiln Technical Specialist from 2013 to 2015. Following this, they joined Royal Tern Ceramics Philippines as a Kiln Consultant, Production Superintendent, and Safety Officer/Fire Safety Practitioner from 2015 to 2022. Concurrently, they also held roles as a Kiln Consultant at Royal Tern Ceramics Phils Inc. from 2015 to 2022. Most recently, Joel worked at Dream House Realty as a Sales Director in 2021 and currently, they hold a position as a Kiln Consultant at Hocheng Philippines Corporation starting in 2022.

Joel Trinidad's education history began in 1988 when they attended Don Bosco Technical Institute, where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Electrical ref and air conditioning technology. joel completed their studies in 1989. Later, from 1991 to 1996, Joel enrolled at the Technological Institute of the Philippines and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1998, they furthered their education at Don Bosco Technical Institute in Makati, Philippines, where they completed a vocational course in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology in 1999.
