William Carter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in culinary arts and real estate. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at Vestal Restaurant since March 2021, William brings over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, having worked in various locations including New Orleans, Austin, and Lafayette. Alongside culinary efforts, William is also a Licensed Realtor with Dream Home Realty. Previous experience includes a role as Lead Tower Hand at DALEY TOWER SERVICE INC from September 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities included construction and safety training at elevated heights. William holds an Associate of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, and is pursuing another Associate of Arts degree in English Language and Literature at South Louisiana Community College.
