Neris Åžan Bage has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2014, they began their career as an Inventory Planning Specialist at Teknosa. After working in this role for over a year, they moved on to become a Customer Service Coordinator at Mattel, Inc. for a brief period in 2016. Following that, they joined The Walt Disney Company as a Production Coordinator, where they stayed for five years, until 2021. Currently, Neris is employed at Dream Games, starting as a Product Specialist in 2021, then progressing to the role of Senior Product Specialist in 2022, and finally becoming a Product Manager in 2023.

Neris Åžan Bage obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
