Paul Farrer is an experienced professional in operational excellence and customer service management, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence & Business Services at Drax Group since April 2021. Previously, Paul held key positions at Drax Group plc as the Director of Revenue Management and at Haven Power, where roles included Director of Customer Operations and Head of Customer Service, among others.
