Chris Adair is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Employee Relations Advisor at Wesleyan since March 2024. Previously, Chris held various roles including Interim ER Business Partner at Cross Country Trains, HR Business Partnering Manager (Interim) at Birmingham City University, and HR Business Partner at BAE Systems.
