Walter Francis Espina is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in cost accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at Drake Cement & Materials since January 2018, Walter oversees complex cost accounting functions. Previously, Walter held the position of Sr Cost Accountant at National Oilwell Varco, managing a $400 million facility's financial metrics using Oracle ERP systems. Prior roles include Plant Controller at Lafarge Cement, where Walter managed multiple departments and prepared financial reports, and Audit Senior at P&A Ernst and Young Phils, focusing on diverse audit experiences across various sectors. Walter holds an MBA in Accounting from Maharishi International University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of San Carlos.
