Gao Cheng is an experienced program manager with a strong background in strategy and operational excellence, currently leading digital transformation initiatives at DragonPass since January 2023. Prior roles include program management at Meta, where operational effectiveness and new product strategies were prioritized, and senior project management at Sprinklr and Shopee, focusing on client engagement and technical product life cycles. Previously, Gao held positions at 21North Europ Assistance, Boeing, and internships at IBM and Nanyang Technological University. Gao Cheng holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
