Matthew Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew began their career at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Neural Engineering from December 2015 to May 2016. Following this, they worked as a Research Associate at MassBiologics from June 2016 to November 2018.

In 2011, Matthew joined the Town of Natick and held the positions of Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructor and Head Lifeguard from June 2011 to June 2020. Matthew also served as a Head Lifeguard from June 2014 to August 2020.

Matthew's career in coaching started in 2016 when they became a Swim Coach at Natick Neptunes Swim Club in October 2016. Matthew then transitioned to Natick Public Schools as an Ice Hockey Coach in October 2019.
