Patrick Goodridge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in due diligence, compliance, and financial operations. Currently serving as the Due Diligence Manager at Dragonfly since April 2022, Patrick coordinates due diligence operations across various functions related to the fund's investments. Prior to this role, Patrick contributed to the establishment of Carta’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program as Compliance Officer II, where key responsibilities included authoring sanctions policy and conducting risk assessments. Patrick's background includes an impactful tenure at the U.S. Department of the Treasury focused on crypto, cybersecurity, and national security, along with earlier roles as a Language Fellow at the Institute of International Education and a Title VIII Fellow at the U.S. Department of State. Academically, Patrick holds a Master of Arts in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania. Additional educational experiences include KIMEP University and Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.
