Stephanie Hernandez has worked in a variety of customer success roles since 2015. Stephanie began their career at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a Customer Success Specialist in 2015. In 2016, they moved to MISUMI USA as a Customer Service Representative. In 2018, they joined ProductPlan as a Customer Success Manager. In 2020, they moved to Supplyframe in the same role. In 2021, they joined UserVoice as a Customer Success Manager and is currently Lead Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Dragonboat, where they help product leaders and their teams deliver customer delight and drive business outcomes.
Stephanie Hernandez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from McMaster University between 2010 and 2015, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from McMaster University between 2010 and 2014. Stephanie also obtained a Responsive PPM Certified (Level 1 - Professional) certification from Responsive Product Portfolio Management in December 2022.
