Muhammad Ruslailang Noertika is an experienced contracts engineer specializing in drilling, project management, and procurement within the oil and gas sector. With a career spanning over two decades, Muhammad currently serves as a Senior Contracts Engineer at Dragon Oil since August 2017, managing contracts for development and optimization activities across various regions, including Turkmenistan, Algeria, and Tunisia. Previous roles include Contracts Engineer at ADNOC Offshore and Contracts Specialist at Pertamina Hulu Energi, with a strong background in developing contracting strategies, negotiating, and administering contracts for both offshore and onshore projects. Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, an MBA in Financial and Risk Management from PPM School of Management, and a Magister Program in Islamic Mysticism from Islamic College STFI Sadra.
