Roland Schwegman is an experienced professional in sales and marketing management, currently serving as Sales and Marketing Manager at ¶Ù°ùä²µ±ð°ù since June 2010, while also holding the position of Regional Business Development Manager for the Firefighting Rescue and Safety (FRS) division. Roland has successfully developed the FRS business across multiple locations including Rotterdam, Aberdeen, Stavanger, and Copenhagen, and contributed to the Upstream Oil & Gas market development in the North Sea region. Prior experience at ¶Ù°ùä²µ±ð°ù includes roles as Global Product Manager FRS, where Roland managed a cross-border team for the integration of a comprehensive product portfolio, and Project Manager responsible for significant new building projects. An extensive educational background from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University includes multiple degrees in business administration, finance, and supply chain management, complemented by an exchange program at NHH Bergen.
