Norbert Poch has held various roles in the field of product management and leadership. From 2008, they served as the Head of Product Management at ¶Ù°ùä²µ±ð°ù. Norbert later worked as the Vice President at Draeger. In 2013, they joined ¶Ù°ùä²µ±ð°ù Safety AG & Co.KGaA where they held the position of Vice President of Product and Application Management.

Norbert Poch attended Fachhochschule Hamburg from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Elektrotechnik (Electrical Engineering). Norbert also holds a certification as a Dipl. Ing. Elektrotechnik from FH Hamburg.
