Donna Hill serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for ¶Ù°ùä²µ±ð°ù in North America, an international leader in medical and safety technology, since November 2016. Previously, Donna held key legal positions at various organizations, including Vice President at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Sarnova, and Associate General Counsel at Cardinal Health. Experience as a board member and chair at Perle Bioscience, along with earlier roles at SCA and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, has further enhanced Donna's expertise in health law and policy. Donna holds a Master of Laws from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Juris Doctor from Temple University, complemented by a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ithaca College.
